Wassup peeps. Remember the days when you would hear the newest coolest music in the party/club scene? Well I have to say there is a such an outlet form music lovers such as myself. To me #danceCRUSH is the best party to hit the Pittsburgh scene in a long time. DJ duties are held by @anuprizzle and @IceCreamCMNDO once a month at Remedy in Lawrenceville. What I love about the party is that their knowledge of dance music astounds me every time I go. I always hear something new and that excites me. Most recently in April I went and heard a new song by who I recognized as ILoveMakonnen. I just kept hearing “Make Money Get Turnt” over a funky sounding horn with a rolling bassline and hi hats. After typing the chant in Youtube I find out the song is actually a track by DJ Carnage called, “I Like Tuh Feat. ILoveMakonnen”. I can definately see the song being huge on the party scene this summer so I have to thank #danceCRUSH for putting me on.
