Kevin Hart and Josh Gad star together in the recently released, “The Wedding Ringer”. When Doug Harris (Josh Gad) finds himself two weeks away from his wedding with no friends to be his best man or groomsman a panic ensues. He is referred to Jimmy Callahan, (Kevin Hart) who’s job it is to act as your best man for the right price. He can even throw the occasional groomsman in if needed for an extra fee… When Doug comes to Jimmy in looks for help, Jimmy is surprised to learn the depth of the situation. The two go on planning to pull off a perfect wedding day with seven groomsman and a best man, “A Golden Tux.” The two bond and become close in doing so….The rest you’ll have to see for yourself. The movie had great substance. Josh Gad did a great job of playing Doug, the lonely, hopeless, nerd who landed a hot girl, willing to do anything to keep her happy. His fiance is an uptight, pretty, but snobby bitch played incredibly by Kayley Cuoco-Sweeting, shes great at making you hate her. Making you cringe as you watch her. Kevin Hart is “professional best man” Jimmy Callahan to perfection. He makes you love him and does a phenomenal job of keeping you laughing out loud throughout the movie. I was a little skeptical going in that this might be another dumb slapstick comedy. However there is substance to the film’s plot, and jokes which made it a great watch. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a good laugh. This one is a no brainer watch for any Kevin Hart fan
