T-Wayne’s single “Nasty Freestyle” has been climbing the charts the past couple weeks. The song was released in late February, however it took until April for it to get heavy airplay and reach the charts. Now the song is going to be in the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100 for Hip/Hop and R&B next week. This is the first I’ve heard of T-Wayne, I believe that’s the case for a lot of people. It’ll be very interesting to see if he continues to put out songs like this. He sounds like he’s been rapping for a some time, he doesn’t sound like a brand new artist. His swag and confidence definitely sets him apart from other rappers. In the video the way he’s dancing and turning up, you get the idea that he’s a happy and positive dude. The way he flows on this single is very catchy, its a happy swag flow. His smooth delivery makes me want to turn up and dance too. The beat he chose is ill, the swagged out, trap banger beat fits with his flow perfectly. If T-Wayne can continue to put songs out like “Nasty Freestyle” he will have a bright future ahead of him.
