Why this is my first time writing about Father when I’ve been a fan since last summer is beyond me. It’s inexcusable. The Awful Records architect releases “Spoil You Rotten” where he gives his take on giving a unique girl the world. More than likely of the Tumblr persuasion. But of course its Father so there’s allusions to wet pussy, drugs, and her man being a “bombaclot”. The production hits hard as fuck with 808s drums and a thundering bassline. I want to hear this in a basement party with kush smoke and pierced tatted chicks sweating from twerking. Father makes fun music. However, his wit and metaphors are thought provoking because he talks about shit anybody tryna get on & keep it 100 can relate to.
