Doja-Cat

I’ve really been loving hip-hop and R&B fused together in a beautiful ambient trippy aesthetic that I can say serve as the background music of many of the millienials who are into cool different shit. Most recently I found a female Los Angeles  artist named, Doja Cat that I heard was going on the Vibes Tour with Theophilus London and Father. I decided to look her up and I am very fucking happy I did.

Her music feels like a complete session of two blunts of Kush smoked with your favorite person in the world. Her vocals are soothing as they are sassy which makes me interested in her lyrics. Simply put she mixes the best of trill influences, neo-soul, and R&B. Her songs that instantly do it for me are “So High” and “No Police”. I will refrain from comparing her to other female artists of the moment but I can tell you I am a fan and really dig her movement.
