If your looking for a roaring good time with excellent networking opportunities and endless drinks in Pittsburgh, you should definitely be at the next #BOOMAfterBrunch.
Held every Saturday of July and August at Boom Concepts located at 5139 Penn Avenue, this event cultivates the real “BOOMers” of Pittsburgh. Basically the who’s who of those leading the “new” Pittsburgh in their respective fields.

Located in the Garfield area of Pittsburgh, Boom Concepts is home to Thomas Agnew of Jenesis Magazine, artist Darrell Kinsel and Julie Mallis of Magic Organs, and Joi Rogers of RE:Innovating. Together they make up an autonomous group of movers, shakers, and tastemakers.FullSizeRender-2 FullSizeRender-4 FullSizeRender-3

Adding to already creative overload is The #BOOMAfterBrunch experience cultivated and produced by extended family member Lola Sims of Lola Sims PR and BOOMer Joi Rogers of RE:Innovating. From a new decor take on the creative space every Saturday of the Summer to the resident artists artwork that lines the walls, this set set up screams not your typical day party.

With Wine and words served spruced up Sangria and Champagne flowing freely, the Vegan, Gluten Free, and Organic spreads served fresh on the 12ft long Banquet table, draped with glowing white linen only adds to the draw. But don’t get to comfortable with the menu because Dapper Cat Bakery owner Hez Bohin likes to keep guest guessing.

So go ahead and max out your summer Saturday afternoons with good networking and great music from DJ Christo. And by chance, if your lucky to score Season Pass you’ll be the receiver of goodies from sponsors Penn Avenue Eyewear, Walter+Ray, Zip Car, I Heart Kisses NY and many more.

This past week’s installment was hosted by the ladies of @WestsideStory412 and sponsored by Zip Car Pittsburgh. Photo credit JMY JAM.
